 No. If you are considering Full-Service Planning, we can help guide your venue search and evaluate options that align with your vision, guest count, and investment. If you have already secured your venue, we can build from the progress you have made. 

Full-Service Planning provides comprehensive guidance from the early decisions through the wedding day, including budget development, venue and vendor selection, creative direction, logistics, and coordination.

Partial Planning is ideal for couples who have made progress but want professional support with the remaining decisions and details.

Wedding Management is designed for couples who have planned their wedding and need an experienced team to review the details, organize logistics, communicate with vendors, and oversee the celebration. Our management process begins at least eight weeks before your wedding.

Your venue coordinator is an important partner who typically manages the venue’s responsibilities, policies, and contracted services.

Your wedding planner considers the celebration as a whole, including your planning priorities, outside vendors, personal details, timeline, and guest experience. We work alongside your venue team so everyone understands their role and the day flows smoothly.

Yes, our standard coordination service is Wedding Management. A smoothly executed wedding requires preparation well before the wedding day, so we begin working with you in advance to understand your plans, identify outstanding details, and develop a cohesive timeline. 

 Of course. Your wedding should reflect your personalities, priorities, and story. We provide recommendations, structure, and professional guidance while keeping you involved in the decisions that matter most to you. 

 Yes. We can discuss planning support for welcome celebrations, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, and other wedding weekend experiences. These events are scoped according to the support you need. 

 Absolutely. We will review what you have secured, identify what remains, and recommend a service that complements your progress. Having existing vendors does not mean you have missed the opportunity for professional planning support. 

 Yes. We offer independent planning support alongside your Disney Fairy Tale Weddings team. Our role complements Disney’s services by helping organize your personal planning details, priorities, and surrounding celebrations within Disney’s requirements. 

Yes! Through Janelle’s work as an Independent Travel Advisor with Academy Travel, we offer complimentary honeymoon and vacation planning. We can also discuss destination wedding guest accommodations and room blocks.

Travel reservations, accommodations, and experiences are paid separately.

 Yes. Destination Weddings by Janelle combines wedding planning with travel expertise to help you navigate celebrating away from home. Depending on your service, support may include destination and resort selection, collaboration with local teams, wedding logistics, and guest travel coordination.  We are also Travel Agents.

A resort coordinator manages the services and arrangements provided by the property. An independent planner helps you consider the broader experience, from choosing the right setting to organizing priorities, outside vendors, travel details, and events surrounding the wedding.

Our couples receive access to a private Aisle Planner planning portal, where we can organize checklists, vendor contacts, contracts, budgets, and timelines.

We guide you through the platform so you understand how to use it and where to find your planning information.

 We will talk about your wedding vision, what you have planned so far, your priorities, and where you would most value support. From there, we recommend a planning service and provide a proposal outlining the scope and investment.

Your date is secured once your agreement is signed and the required retainer is received. We accept a limited number of weddings each year to give our couples thoughtful, personal attention.

Our focus is luxury wedding planning and creative direction. We help shape a cohesive vision and collaborate with trusted floral designers, rental companies, and production partners who provide and install the elements of your celebration.

 Our planning experience best serves couples investing $75,000 or more in their overall wedding celebration. This helps us align your priorities with the level of planning, creative direction, and guest experience you envision.

During your consultation, we will discuss your plans and recommend the most appropriate service. If you're budget is less than this we can discuss some options that may work within your budget.
