MEET JANELLE

I’m Janelle T. Allen — Certified Wedding & Event Planner, Designer, Travel Consultant, Creative Visionary, and the Founder of Heartz Unfold Events and Weddings By Janelle.

 For over 20 years, I have had the honor of helping couples celebrate one of the most meaningful moments of their lives — the beginning of forever. What started as a passion for bringing people together has evolved into a luxury wedding planning and event experience rooted in intentional design, heartfelt connection, and flawless execution.


But before the timelines, elegant tablescapes, destination weddings, and unforgettable celebrations… I was simply a woman who believed that love deserved to be celebrated beautifully.

My Journey into Wedding Planning

 

My journey into the wedding and events industry began with a natural love for organization, hospitality, and creating meaningful experiences for others. Over the years, I discovered that planning weddings was never just about décor or logistics for me — it was about people. It was about understanding love stories, building trust, and creating moments couples would remember for generations.


As my career evolved, I immersed myself in every aspect of the industry — event coordination, venue logistics, vendor management, design styling, guest experiences, hospitality services, and destination planning. I learned the behind-the-scenes details that most people never see, and those experiences became the foundation of the planner I am today.


Through years of hands-on experience, countless weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, social celebrations, and luxury experiences, I developed the ability to not only envision an event — but to lead it with confidence, precision, and grace.

Heartz Unfold Events was built from passion, resilience, and purpose.


Like many entrepreneurs, my journey wasn’t always easy. I built this business through life transitions, family responsibilities, relocation, personal growth, and the determination to create a brand that reflected excellence, heart, and authenticity. Every challenge strengthened my commitment to serving my clients at the highest level.


After years of serving clients in New York, my business evolved as I transitioned into South Florida, expanding my reach and elevating my brand into a more refined, luxury planning experience.


Today, Weddings By Janelle serves as the luxury wedding planning division of Heartz Unfold Events — designed specifically for couples seeking an elevated, personalized, and stress-free wedding experience.
